Our Brandy's not havin' an operation

Our Brandy has finished all his tablets and still has a little problem wiv his leg in that it pops out a couple of times a day. But it doesn't stop him running around after me, chasing after cats when they come too near or jumping up onto mum's knee so I can't sit there. He still bullies me away from my dinner unless our mum's there and still follows after me when we are playing fetch and then takes the toy off me to take back to mum so he gets all the 'good boy' comments.

He sometimes pretends his legs poorly just to get more attention although I think mum and dad are wise to this as they never leave me out and I get lots of cuddles too. And it didn't stop him getting a haircut yesterday even though he didn't want one.

But it doesn't hurt him when it pops out, and it doesn't surprise him and he seems to know how to click it back in to place when it goes and until it's back to normal he just stands still with his leg stuck out at a funny angle.

So, mum has said he doesn't need an operation which we are glad about 'cos last time we had an operation it really hurt and we felt really horrible for a few days afterwards.

I still wish he wouldn't be such a bully at times though - he says he's not a bully, he's just 'top dog!' I've watched a film with mum called 'Top Gun' - is that the same sort of thing does anyone know?

We're getting ready to fly to Murcia Sunday till Jan 9th so we can spend our Christmas & New Year in Spain TOO !

Just cooked a turkey & gammon, things I bet you both would love. Got a Christmas cake, mince pies, Roses & Heroes choccies, lots of goodies to bring over.

You have a wonderful Christmas & New Year, the first of many there.

Lots of love
